Logd

Frequently asked questions.

If you don't see your question here, email hello@getlogd.com.

Who is Logd for?+

Two audiences: chapter admins running a single chapter's service program, and Headquarters / university administrators rolling up dozens of chapters under one umbrella. We started with Greek life because the workflow is well-defined and the pain is acute on both sides.

How does pricing work?+

Single chapters pay a flat $20/month (or $200/year). No per-member math. Larger organizations get custom pricing negotiated with our team, billed centrally across all linked chapters. Ask about intro pricing for early customers.

What does "active member" mean?+

Active members are people on your chapter roster with an active membership status. Chapter billing is flat-rate and doesn't depend on member count, but active status still controls who can log activities and appear in reports.

Do members need to download an app?+

No. Logd works in any browser. It's also installable as a Progressive Web App (PWA) for an app-like experience with offline support — handy on service trips with spotty signal.

How are approvals handled?+

Members submit hours, chapter admins see a pending queue, and approve or reject with one tap. Members get notified. Everything is logged in an audit trail.

Can I export data?+

Yes. Every report — chapter, member, org-level — exports to CSV and PDF. You can filter by date range, chapter, member, activity type, and more.

What about Headquarters reporting?+

Org-level dashboards roll up multiple chapters under one umbrella. You can filter, export, and share with HQ in the format they expect.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. We use Supabase with row-level security so chapters only see their own data. All traffic is over HTTPS. We don't sell or share data — full stop.

How do I get started?+

Create an account and set up your chapter or organization directly — no waiting list. Email hello@getlogd.com if you'd like a hand getting set up.
